This workshop is designed to teach you Fair Isle crochet, working with two colours to create complex patterns. You will need to be comfortable with crochet. We will cover choosing colours, holding the yarns, stranding, reading charts and patterns, correcting mistakes, and finishing techniques. You will need to be comfortable making basic crochet stitches. Left and right handed students welcome.
You will need 2 balls of good quality double knit yarn/wool and a 4.5mm hook. Materials and hooks are available to buy from us if you prefer.
You can bring up to 4 people for this workshop. The price is for the time, not per person. Let us know how many before the day. There is a one hour lunch break included in this workshop which has not been charged for.
