Yarn Ball Centre bobbins are the perfect bobbin for holding small quantities of yarn. For use in FairIsle, stranded colourwork, and intarsia. I've used these in stranded colourwork crochet and they make life so much easier. The yarn ball centre size 0 is free running and is designed to work with lace weight and cobweb yarns. The yarn ball centre size 1 is free running and also has a Yarn Lock, for pulling off the amount you need as you work. For use with 4ply yarn. I've used size 1 with a DK yarn and they work fine.
