This kit contains three fabulous Dorset Button patterns to try around hexagon shaped rings, perfect for exploring the craft of hand stitched Dorset buttons a little further. Materials for 6 buttons in each pack.
These buttons can be made to be detachable so you can remove them easily for washing your garment.

Each Dorset button kit comes with a written instruction sheet supported by colour photographs throughout, closed hexagon shaped rings, hand dyed silk thread suitable for Dorset button making, mini brooch backs, and a tapestry needle. We use high quality 2ply silk in this kit so they can be hand washed (Always wash Dorset buttons first before attaching to a garment or project, to ensure dye fastness). Each kit comes packed in a plastic free cloth bag, made locally and often from recycled materials.
